Miss Roberts’ Blog 16th July 2021

What a lovely end to the academic year! Glorious weather, fun activities and big smiles. Year 3 and 4 have had a jam packed week which has included a woodlands walk, a right-angle hunt, some gardening, our charity run and writing letters to our Nercwys pen pals!

At the beginning of the week, all of the pupils created a map of the garden around the Eco Classroom. They then edited their maps to add lots of ideas of how they would like to further develop the garden. There were some fantastic ideas and I’m looking forward to seeing some of them come to life next year.

All of the children have worked hard to the end of term and really enjoyed celebrating in the sun today.

As part of party day the children decided they would like to watch a film, The Mitchells Vs The Machines was a huge hit! Miss Cox and I were amazed at engaged each child was! We had some giggles ourselves too.

I want to wish everyone a fantastic fun, safe and restful summer! I will miss being in the classroom in September. Miss R 🙂
