What a very busy and tiring first week after the lovely Easter holidays.
Everyone enjoyed the trip to Kingswood, meeting up with friends from Nercwys and making new ones. All the activities were exciting and fun to do with so many different favourites, perhaps laser tag being the most popular!! Jack and Callum said children pushed themselves to their limit and achieved their best. On Thursday the children talked so enthusiastically about everything!
Back at school we have been learning about chance and probability, using dice or coins in our own investigations. We also had a visit from PC Marc who talked to us about drugs. We had lots of discussions and were able to tell him what we already know about medicines and alcohol and he talked about how to stay safe.
Just a reminder to put the finishing touches to homework on rivers this week, ready for the week beginning 13th May. No spellings this week, they will also resume on the 13th May.
